What happens if pro-masters from europe come, what will happen to Elite Singles?

They will all be given 2327 points.

Not really.

PMs from Europe won't come as it's not an ITSF event, but if they do then they will be given a points ranking (eg 2400, 1800, 6969 etc) and elite singles will be decided from that. But don't worry Simon - I think you'll probably get in.
